By accessing or using the tools and services of this Platform, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using this Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The modified terms become effective immediately upon posting.
2. Description of Services
The Platform provides image processing tools based on artificial intelligence algorithms, including but not limited to image enhancement, AI outpainting, one-click background removal, AI photo editing, image restoration, and compression. We strive to ensure service stability and algorithm accuracy, but AI processing results have certain randomness and technical limitations. We cannot guarantee that the generated images will 100% meet your specific expectations, and we are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from this.
3. Account Registration and Usage Guidelines
When using advanced platform features (such as bulk processing or AI generation services that consume credits), you need to register an account. You must ensure that the information provided is authentic and valid, and properly safeguard your account password.
- You promise not to use this Platform to process, generate, or disseminate images that violate national laws and regulations, infringe on others' intellectual property rights, or contain obscene, vulgar (NSFW), violent, terrorist, defamatory, or insulting content.
- The system has integrated a content security review mechanism. Once violations are discovered, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your tasks and freeze or permanently ban your account depending on the severity.
4. Intellectual Property and Authorization
The copyright and related rights of the original images you upload to this Platform remain yours (or the original rights holder's). You must ensure you have the legal authority to process the image. You may freely use the processing results generated by the Platform's AI algorithms for personal or commercial purposes, but you must bear any copyright disputes or legal risks that may arise from using the generated images. This Platform will not resell your original images commercially or use them for public display in any form.
5. Fees and Refunds
This Platform provides partial free quotas and premium membership/credit purchase services. Specific service contents, prices, and consumption rules are subject to the Website announcements at the time of purchase. Due to the special nature of virtual goods and computing power consumption, once credits are purchased and consumed, they are generally non-refundable unless specifically required by law.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
If service interruptions or data losses occur due to force majeure, hacker attacks, basic telecom operator failures, or system upgrades and maintenance, this Platform will try its best to assist in recovery but bears no legal liability. This Platform has no obligation to permanently store any data you upload (see the 'Privacy Policy' for details on 24-hour destruction).
